You’ll need to understand what account type you would like to set up. You will be provided with details of the information required for your chosen account type, once you commence your application.
Please note: investors applying as an Association, Co-operative, or Partnership will need to complete our paper application form, available at the bottom of this page.
It’s important to read the Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide and Privacy Collection Notice before you invest.
Apply online
Complete our online application form and follow the prompts. You may be asked for your IDs for verification purpose.
Paper application
Complete the paper application and follow the prompts. This is currently the only application method for investors applying as an Association, Co-operative, or Partnership.
You’ll also need to send in supporting documents:
Individuals
- provide a certified copy of photo id with your application
Companies, Partnerships and Corporate Trustees
- complete the relevant FSC form/s and submit with your application form
Trusts (including SMSFs)
- complete the relevant FSC form/s
- provide a certified extract of the Trust Deed
- for individual trustees, please also provide a certified copy of ID (drivers license or passport) for each trustee
Association and Co-Operatives
- complete the relevant FSC form/s
- provide a certified extract of the constitution of the Association / Co-operative
