Invest in all funds (except Infrastructure Debt Fund)
The 3 applications below can be used for all of Australian Ethical’s Managed Funds, except for the Infrastructure Debt Fund. To invest in the Infrastructure Debt Fund, you will need to be a certified Wholesale Investor, and apply from the Fund’s page below.
It’s important to read the Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide and Privacy Collection Notice before you invest.
Individuals, Companies and Trusts (including SMSFs): online application
You may be asked for IDs for verification purpose. Trusts will also need to provide certified extract of the Trust Deed, and certified ID for each individual trustee.
Associations, Co-operatives, and Partnerships: paper application
You will need to provide the relevant FSC forms, plus certified extract of the constitution of the Association / Co-operative, and email or post the application form.
Advisers or advised investors: through platforms
These are typically used by advisers.
If you don’t have an adviser, visit the Responsible Investment Association Australasia or Financial Planning Association to find one.
Infrastructure Debt Fund
(Wholesale Certificate required)
Australian Ethical has appointed Infradebt Pty Ltd (‘Infradebt’) as a specialist investment manager for the Australian infrastructure debt assets of the Fund.
Infradebt is a specialist boutique fund manager focused on originating, structuring and managing private debt investments for infrastructure projects in Australia. Renowned as a key financier of renewable initiatives, the company has supported more than 50 projects nationwide.
Australian Ethical is the Trustee and Investment Manager of the Fund and is responsible for the investment strategy and ongoing investment management.
To invest in this fund, you will need to have a certified Wholesale investor status.
