Steps to onboarding your client
The first time you register with Australian Ethical, the registration and onboarding process includes the following steps and will take up to eight weeks.
Dealer group application
Check if your dealer group is registered with us. If not, you'll need to get your dealer group head office to complete a RCTI form.
Client & Adviser application
When completing the super application form with your client, also complete a TPA form.
Once we receive your TPA for we'll do a thorough check and if approved, you'll receive a welcome email .
The client's super application is usually processed within the first three business days. Once processed, your client will start our member onboarding journey.
You will receive an email with your adviser code and instructions on how to register for the adviser portal. Any adviser fees requested in step two will be processed once a contribution has been received in the client's account.
Adviser portal registration (optional)
Follow the instructions in the welcome email to register for the adviser portal. You will need to download the Salesforce Authenticator App on your phone to complete your registration
