Phil has a long held interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility and has recently been invited to join the board of Planet Ark. |

He has been a company secretary and legal counsel for listed companies for over five years. He was a senior associate at the national law firm Minter Ellison and conducted a commercial legal practice in partnership for two years. |
James Jordan |
Chief investment officerJames joined australian Ethical in 2006 as a senior equities analyst and was Acting CIO for much of 2008 before being appointed Head of Research. Previously, James had a long career as a senior economist with various Commonwealth Government departments, including being senior adviser on tax and superannuation policy; being a member of the working group that prepared the first Intergenerational Report; and working on reform options for pharmaceutical pricing and health system financing. |
