Louise Herron appointed as Director to Australian Ethical Board
Australian Ethical Investment has appointed lawyer and corporate adviser, Louise Herron, as a Director.
Ms Herron has extensive experience as a lawyer, corporate adviser and leader in the arts community. She is currently Executive Director of Ironbark Group which she co-founded in 2007. She has worked as a corporate adviser with Wentworth & Associates, Macquarie Bank, Carnegie Wylie and has advised a broad range of companies across a variety of industries.
As a partner of Minter Ellison, in 1987 she identified technology and communications as a burgeoning area of practice leading a team of 50 lawyers nationally in the practice of technology, communications and competition law.
Louise has extensive involvement with the arts community in Australia including as Chair of Belvoir Street Theatre for many years. She was recently appointed Chair of the Major Performing Arts Board and as a board member of the Australian Council for the Arts. She has also acted as a philanthropy mentor to a number of companies.
